Our client is an industry leading supplier of uniforms, workwear, and facility services for all types of companies. Your mission as System Administrator will be work with the company to be responsible for resolving Learning Management System support requests on learning issues. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and customer service.
Requisites:
Advanced level of English (speak fluent professionally)
+1 year performing similar activities
Your Activities:
Respond to end-users via email for tickets submitted to The Learning Center email box
Manage The Learning Center email box by triaging cases and assigning tickets to appropriate specialists
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues for end-users, trainers, and system administrators
Manage the close-out process for all instructor-led classes
Participate in meetings to understand the learning requirements
Other special projects as assigned
